By applying for the Own Heir LLC Songwriting Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. PARTICIPATION TERMS

Eligibility: You must be at least the legal adult age in your jurisdiction (18+ in most states/countries).
Code of Conduct: You agree to participate respectfully, creating clean, family-friendly, and biblically inspired music.
Removal Policy: Own Heir LLC reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behavior or violation of guidelines.

Consent to Recording: By participating, you grant Own Heir LLC the perpetual, worldwide, and irrevocable right to record, photograph, and capture your name, voice, image, and likeness ("Likeness").
Usage Rights: Own Heir LLC may use your Likeness across digital streaming platforms (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), social media, promotional materials, and commercial projects.
Perpetual & Universal Rights: Your Likeness may be used indefinitely, in any format, throughout the known universe.

Consideration for Compensation: Participation does not guarantee financial compensation. If selected for an official release, Own Heir LLC may offer compensation under a separate distribution agreement.
No Automatic Royalties: You understand that royalties or payments will only be provided if you sign a formal agreement.
Waiver of Claims: You waive any claims against Own Heir LLC for compensation unless a written agreement is executed.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in a recording environment.
Release of Liability: You release Own Heir LLC and its affiliates from any claims related to your participation.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Own Heir LLC harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Severability: If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
Entire Agreement: This agreement supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.

By submitting your application for the Own Heir LLC Songwriting Camp, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
